Go big or go home — that seems to be the motto of the new Eau Du Soleil condo development on Lake Shore Boulevard West.

Built by Empire Communities, the project is being touted as one of Canada’s tallest waterfront communities.

One Tall Tower:

While it’s not clear at this time exactly how many stories the two tower development will be, it will have some pretty stiff competition if it wants to rival some of Toronto’s tallest residential buildings.

At 78 storeys tall, Aura at Yonge and Gerrard is officially the city’s tallest residential building.

Coming in a close second is Ten York at 75 storeys.

Other massive skyscrapers include One Bloor at 65 storeys, along with Ice Condos ll and the Shangri La, at 66 storeys.

A Great Neighbourhood:

Eau Du Soleil will be occupying a prime piece of waterfront property on Lake Shore Bulevard West, right by Park Lawn Road.

The location will give residents easy access to some of Toronto’s best waterfront amenities — beaches and boardwalks will be at your fingertips!

In addition, Toronto’s biggest (and arguably, best) city park is just a short walk away. High Park is nearby, offering Shakespeare in the Park, a zoo, playground, restaurant and a host of other fun events and activities.
