Toronto’s Tallest Condos

Let’s be honest – Toronto is covered with high rises - and if it’s not a commercial tower or apartment building, it’s a condo. We take a look at the tallest 5 Condos in Toronto to date, some of which aren’t even completed.

Trump International Hotel & Tower

The Trump International Tower and Hotel is a landmark in the heart of the financial district (where else?). Built and completed in 2012 by Talon International Development Inc., the Trump Tower features 109 exquisite, high-end condo units that start at 2,226 sqft and overlook the downtown core. It’s not only the tallest condominium in Canada but also the 2nd tallest skyscraper. In true Donald spirit, this building Trumps them all when it comes to height. Check out floor plans and more

Aura at College Park

With a planned opening in the Spring of 2014, Aura is in its final phase at College Park. At 78 stories, the building will house a mix of condos and commercial space, creating both a residential and commercial hub in one of Toronto’s most diverse and busy intersections. With a 150,000 sqft, three-storey podium of commercial space, you can expect plenty of shops and restaurants calling Aura home. It is also technically taller than the Trump International Hotel, if you were to take the Trump Towers rooftop spire out and count the number of floors. Check out floor plans and more

Ten York

Renowned developer Tridel has taken the task of creating a landmark condominium in one of the city’s most desired areas: the Toronto waterfront. Planned at 10 York Street, expected to be complete in the summer of 2017, Ten York will blend superior style with first-class engineering, and give the Toronto skyline a run for its money. One Bloor

What will probably become one of the most sought-after addresses in the city, One Bloor brings residents to a central point within Toronto’s downtown core. With easy access to the TTC – (and a rumoured connection under the building itself) residents can get speedy access to all parts of town, including connecting with Union Station. One Bloor will feature both commercial and residential, blending in with the shops and restaurants that are already popular at this intersection. Check out floor plans and more
