One Park Place is the newest addition to phase two of the award-winning Regent Park revitalization.
The area is undergoing a massive, $1-billion, 15 year overhaul, which will span a whopping 69 acres.
The condo development is fourth in line of eight buildings which will soon be springing up in the new Regent Park.
The Daniels Corporation, who has been named 2012 High-Rise Builder of the Year, has already begun construction on the project. The group has exclusive rights in the area, and is developing a number of other properties.

One Park Place Condominiums will be a 25-storey building, connecting to six and four-storey buildings, with a mix of residential and retail spaces.
The building is also being built to LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) gold standard, meaning homeowners will be sure to save money on heating and cooling costs.
Suites will range from studios to two bedroom units, with pricing to start in the low 200′s.
There will be 45,000 square feet of amenity space for residents to enjoy.

Of those, Richmond Adelaide Child Care Centre, Metamorphosis Child Care Centre, Gerrard Early Learning Centre, Child’s Nest Infant Day Care Centre and Frankland Day all scored at least 3.7 out of 4 in one area out of nutrition, infant, toddler, preschool or school age care.
