Downtown living at its finest: The Bond Toronto

The Bond Toronto

Request Project’s Floor Plans

How about living in the heart of Toronto’s entertainment district?

The Bond (talk about a cool name) is a modern, state-of-the-art development that will be occupying a stretch of Adelaide Street West.

The section of street used to be home to the Alice Fazooli’s restaurant, at 290 Adelaide Street West.

But, for those worrying the swap will leave few restaurants in the area, you can put that concern out of your head.

Neighbourhood Entertainment:

While the entertainment district has gone a significant change over the past few years, it remains a thriving space with plenty of great restaurants and lots of exciting nightlife.

Along Queen Street West just a couple of blocks away from The Bond, there are some of the city’s best Indian restaurants, along with some great long-standing live music venues, like The Horseshoe Tavern and The Rivoli.

King Street West, home to some always-busy nightclubs (really? Clubbing on a Sunday night?) also features some great eats like Rodney Oyster Bar, Bucca and Zoe’s cafe.

TTC in the area is not a problem. Osgoode subway station, at Queen and University is a short walk away, as is St. Andrew station at King and University. In addition, both the Queen and King streetcars are great, reliable lines that run often.
