Since 2002, Streetcar Developments Inc. has been influencing the real estate market with its unique project offerings. With a goal to rethink the way residents think of urban living, Streetcar has become a major player in the condominium development community, currently Toronto’s leading mid-rise urban real estate developer. In 2011, they were nominated for five BILD Awards, including Best Suite Design and Best Model Suite, highlighting their goal of creating truly unique living spaces. In 2009, they won the City of Toronto Urban Design Award (TUDA); an Award of Excellence, Building in Context Private Mid-Rise for their projects Academy Lane and Beach House Lofts.
