Public transportation, local shopping and 572 acres of outdoor space are all within your reach, at the new Diva Condo development in North York.
The building’s developer, the Torbel Group, is a veteran of the area.
“The developer has chosen specially this location and the design of this building based on the last eight buildings they have built along Sheppard Road,” said Debbie Cosic, principal with In2ition Realty at the building’s VIP broker event.
“They really are, I guess if you want to phrase it, the king of this neighbourhood. They have been building here for over a decade.”
While buyers have many potential developments to chose from, Cosic says it’s the intangibles Diva Condo North York has to offer that makes it special.
“We believe that anything that is located within walking distance of public transit — and this is just a couple of blocks away from the Downsview subway — will always retain its value.”
The building is close to both great outdoor space at Downsview Park, and one of Toronto’s biggest malls, Yorkdale.
The developer went into the project with residents in mind.
“The building has been designed based on Torbel’s extensive experience in this neighbourhood and has been designed to attract a series of end users purchasers,” said Cosic.
Residents will enjoy some great amenities that Diva Condo North York has to offer, like a lounge, party room, billiards area, fully equipped fitness centre and his and hers spa area.
But, amenities were kept deliberately simple in order to save on user fees.
“So some of the features in this building that really cater to people that would be looking to buy here are we don’t have all of the extensive features like a pool, etcetera that drive up the user fees,” said Liana Pronio sales and marketing manager with In2ition Realty.
“We have probably the lowest maintenance fees in the area, which is $0.39 a sqft,”
