Everything has gone up in the past week, including a raise in the amount of active listings in the GTA from 4,219 to 4,858. But that’s not all, the average price of listings has gone up from $606,669 to $730,991.
In recent April 2013 statistics, we are seeing an increase in prices year-over-year within the Toronto’s real estate market.
