Jerry Seinfeld Lists Colorado Estate for Just Over $18 Million
On this week’s episode of “Celebrity Stalking Canadian Style”, your friendly neighbourhood Celebrity Stalker has some juicy news about the famous comedian Jerry Seinfeld. He has just listed his Colorado Estate on the market for a cool $18 million.
This reminds me of a little exchange George and Jerry had with regards to a new apartment they both coveted in a Seinfeld episode:
George Costanza: Listen, if you are feeling uncomfortable about this at all… *at all*… Do not feel like you have to take it.
Jerry: Why?
George Costanza: If you’re having second thoughts, if you didn’t want it, don’t worry about it… because, uh, you know… I-I-I could take it, you know.
Jerry: You could take it? You want it?
George Costanza: No, I don’t want it. I want it if you don’t want it.
Jerry: So you… *do* want it?
George Costanza: No, I want it if you don’t want it.
Jerry: You just said you wanted it!
George Costanza: No. I’m saying, if a situation arose in which you didn’t want it, I might take it.
Of course there is a bit of a difference between the small apartment Jerry and George were arguing about here, than the 14,200 square foot Telluride Estate Jerry is about to sell. Yes let me repeat that, this property covers over FOURTEEN THOUSAND square foot on a lot size of over 26 acres. The Estate has 11 bedrooms, 14 baths, and four fireplaces. According to CBS Money Watch, the Estate also includes a guest house, seven parking spaces, and has a private road access.
You (TheRedPin Pulse Reader): Ah, you’re crazy.
Celebirty Stalker: Am I? Or am I so sane that you just blew your mind?
You: It’s impossible.
Celebrity Stalker: Is it? Or is it so possible that your head is spinning like a top?
You: It can’t be.
Celebrity Stalker: Can’t it? Or is your entire world just crashing down all around you?
You: All right, that’s enough.*
Here are some pictures of the place. What do you think?
