New York Knicks’ Amare Stoudemire lists Phoenix condo for $1.25 mil

Hey there, your friendly neighbourhood Celebrity Stalker is back, this time with news from a former NBA player, Amare Stoudemire (ok ok he is still playing but…you know!)

Looks like Mr. Amare, a former Phoenix Sun and current New York Knickerbocker, has been having trouble selling his Phoenix area condo and has been forced to lower the asking price from $1.75 to $1.25 million. This is a THREE THOUSAND sqft dual-suite apartment, which the ball player purchased back in 2006.

The unit has panoramic views of the city, two balconies, 2 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. What do you think? Not bad for a guy who puts a ball in a basket eh?
