As a Designer, I look at magazines for inspiration, motivation and direction. As a regular reader..I look at a magazine and wish, wish, wish. Since it is my job to create ideal spaces for my clients, I thought I would give you insight on how to interpret a space which you see in a magazine.
The colour Turquoise is easily recognizable as a colour of luxury, relaxation, exotic experiences, and summer warmth. I Love this colour, it is good on any skin tone, it is calming and it is such a HAPPY colour. I wish more people used it in their interiors.
Most of us live in spaces which are smaller than we wish, therefore, good space planning is of utmost importance. A desk where you can write, use your computer, apply makeup is a valuable addition to the comfort and functionality of your interior environment.
Black is a strong statement in any application…when used in an interior design scheme, it is bold, it is dramatic and when done well..timeless.
Plaster molding is an ancient art using the metalworking casting process that uses gypsum plaster as a molding material. Do not eliminate using plaster in your next project, whether you are in a Condo or in a House

This weekend I had the urge to organize my closet, mind you, this urge comes only once in a blue moon, so I embrace the feeling wholeheartedly. There are some basic rules for closet design which I want to share with you…and some dream closets which I want to show you to drool over.
