TheRedPin is the only source to bring all new condos and MLS® listings under one umbrella to create a database nearly 1.6 times larger than the MLS® itself. Through TheRedPin.com, homebuyers can now expect direct access to up to date information on all of the GTA's resale listings with far more data than they could anywhere else.

* TheRedPin.com Realty Inc. offers homebuyers a 25% of our commission cashback incentive on new homes purchased through our brokerage. You can qualify for this incentive if you are purchasing a resale property or a new condo, the latter being sold by the developer and purchased after the public opening date announced by the developer (also known as post VIP phase). We use the following formula to calculate your 25% of our commission cash-back incentive: (Unit's Purchase Price - HST) * 1% (25% of a maximum of 4% offered by builder) [eg. ($400,000 - $21,933) * 1% = $3,780]. In some cases net of parking and/or locker prices are also included. The cash-back will be paid out by TheRedPin.com Realty Inc. to the name registered on the agreement of purchase and sale, upon receipt of final payment from the builder of remaining commissions after the unit transfer date.

For resale transactions cash back must be disclosed to both parties of the transaction, recipient of the cash back must be party to a transaction, based on a minimum of 1.5% offered to the co-operating brokerage, and cash back will be paid from TheRedPin.com Realty Inc. within 10 business days of successful completion of the transaction.
