With our search engine you can search through over 2,500 floorplans and then navigate through over 5,000 pictures and amenities to see where your new home should be. If we were to make a magazine out of this info, it would be as thick as stacking 10 Yellow Pages on top of each other.
But that's just the projects in the city. We also have all rankings of over 6,000 schools and daycares in the city, and our system automatically connects each project with the schools and daycares near it.
For those seeking to purchase an investment property, we plot over 7 years of real estate transactions on very simple graphs for everyone to understand. This information is extracted, analyzed and connected to each project from over 1,500 pages of reports which come straight from the Toronto Real Estate Board.
