Make an Offer

Your sales rep will help you in preparing your offer or review the builder's offer. S/he has already done a due diligence on the property and will give you all the details you need to know about what you are signing.

Road to Closing

  • Your RedPin sales representative will recommend lenders and other service providers, schedule inspections, review the paperwork with you and negotiate with the seller
  • Once you make the purchase we'll get a short survey from you to see if you were fully satisfied. This would indicate if your sales representative should get paid or not
