Diamante has decided to pay the premium difference for green hydro from Bullfrog Power on behalf of the residents of The Florian for a period of three years from first occupancy for all common areas of the building. Bullfrog sources power exclusively from generators who meet or exceed the
federal government’sEnvironmental Choice Program EcoLogo standard for renewable
electricity. The energy used to power The Florian will come from clean, emission-free sources like wind power and low-impact water power instead of
carbon-intensive sources like coal and oil. We will also assemble for clients of The Florian, a grouping of Energystar-rated luxury appliances that will be offered, instead of the traditional high end appliances displayed in our Sales Centre, at the time of finishes selection, and at no extra charge. Finally, we are absolutely delighted to announce that in honour of The Florian, we are making a significant donation to the Nature Conservancy of Canada (NCC) for lands on Pelee Island, Ontario,forever to be named The Florian Diamante Nature
