We have incorporated numerous environmental initiatives that reduce total building energy consumption, and that will play a part in providing suite owners with greener, more energy-efficient surroundings.

- Low VOC (Volatile Organic Compounds) paint to ensure better indoor air quality.
- Energy efficient compact fluorescent bulbs installed in each suite in place of incandescent light bulbs.
- Lighting in amenity areas to include motion occupancy sensors to help reduce energy costs and frequent maintenance.
- Double glazed, low E (emission), insulated glass windows will increase energy efficiency.
- Bicycle parking provided to encourage alternate transportation.
- Provisions for electrical connections for electrical cars (specific parking spaces).
